FUNCTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counselling on HR policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
- Preparing and maintaining personnel records and ensuring that all employee files contain relevant documentation
- Ensuring that HR matters and files are treated in the strictest confidence
- Assist in performance management processes and maintaining records on the same
- Administration and tracking of Leave;
- Participating in HR Projects
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have the following qualifications, experience and skills: –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration, Public Administration
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of SAP-HR/HCM; and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Should have at least 2 years’ HR work related experience in a busy office
